How it works

HOW IT WORKS

Send it. Sort it.
Get on with your day.

You don’t need to rebuild your family’s calendar to get started. Begin with the next thing someone needs to remember.

THREE STEPS
01 / SEND

Give it what you’ve got.

Forward a school email, snap the schedule, text a reminder or leave a voicemail.

02 / REVIEW

Teach it your family.

MapleWeave looks for dates, people, tasks and shopping items. Check what it doesn’t understand.

03 / USE

See what needs doing.

Information finds a place in the calendar, to-do list, shopping list or review queue.

ONE PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Friday’s field trip.

The school email says the trip starts Friday at 8:30 and permission slips are due Thursday. That’s a calendar event and a task hiding in one message.

INCOMING

Forward the email.

No need to copy each detail by hand.

ORGANIZED

Find two items.

A Friday event and a Thursday reminder.

REVIEWED

Confirm the right person.

Then the relevant family calendar has the details.

Illustrative workflow. MapleWeave is still in private testing and may need review or corrections.

YOUR FAMILY’S PRIVATE INBOX

One address. One number.
All the little things that need a place.

MapleWeave’s household inbox experience centers on a private email address and phone number for each family. Public activation of these destinations is not yet open. Forward a school email, text a reminder, send a photo of a schedule or leave a voicemail. Incoming messages are routed to your household for organizing, not published to other families.

01 / GET SET UP

Your own destinations.

The household setup experience centers on a dedicated email address and phone number you can save in your contacts. There’s no need to memorize another app-specific command.

02 / SEND IT IN

Use what you already use.

Forward the school newsletter, text “buy eggs,” or call the number and leave a voicemail when it’s safe. MapleWeave is being designed to recognize useful events, tasks, shopping items and attachments.

03 / KEEP CONTROL

Review only what needs you.

Clear items can move into the right place; uncertain dates, people and duplicates should ask for confirmation. Choose your storage preference during setup when the planned options become available.

Planned public onboarding, not a feature currently issued to all users. Household email addresses, phone numbers and the storage-choice flow are being developed and tested.
